Assistant Chef

Assist Head Chef with meal preparation and food service.

Responsibilities

  • preparing breakfast and dinner meals
  • supplying trail lunch for pack up daily
  • assisting in supervision of kitchen crew

Employment Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a food service kitchen, camp setting preferred.
  • willingness to learn new tasks
