Burbank delineated the use of easements in New Hampshire and applauded the work of Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Sen. John Sununu (R-N.H.), Rep. Charles Bass (R-N.H.), and Rep. Jeb Bradley (R-N.H.) in their efforts to bring federal conservation funds to the state.
