AMC Chapter Trip Leaders and Planners - we want you!

We’d love to make your trip planning easier on you and fun and affordable for your participants. So we’ve put together a list of special offers and amenities at the following AMC locations:

Special Chapter Group Benefits when you book at Pinkham, Cardigan, and Highland Center:

  • Bring 9 and get 1 FREE! Receive one complimentary stay for every 9 participant reservations. Trip leaders stay for free, or you can pass the savings along to participants. Offer applies any time—no black-out periods!
  • AMC Staff Group Coordinators will be your point person for all your reservation and logistical needs plus make sure you’re updated on any special offers.
  • Special early reservations period before space opens to the public. Call or fax your group reservation beginning September 1st and receive conifrmation prior to the space opening to the public on October 1st.

And more fun stuff...

  • Complimentary appetizers during an evening social.
  • 10% discount to group leaders and participants (during the stay) on non-sale merchandise and books.
  • Book 5 chapter group activities or trips in one year—with at least 10 participants per trip—at Pinkham, Highland Center, Huts, Cardigan, Mohican, or Lyford and receive a complimentary two-night stay for two.

Policies:

  • Payment in full is due one month before your first night of stay. Payment must be made by one check or credit card per group reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy remains the same but here are the details: If you make any cancellations more than 30 days in advance you receive a full refund. Cancellations received 14 – 30 days in advance receive a 70% refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance forfeit the full amount.

AMC High Mountain Huts
