Policies
- Payment: For groups of 10 and under payment in full is due 14 days before your first night’s stay. For groups of 11 or more payment in full is due 30 days prior to your first night’s stay. Payment must be made with one check or credit card per group reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: For groups of 10 and under, cancellations made more than 14 days in advance receive a 100% refund. For groups of 11 or more, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund; cancellations made 14 –30 days in advance receive a 70% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance (regardless of the number in the party) forfeit the full amount.
