2012 Group Reservations Start August 1

In order to encourage chapter trips to our huts and lodges, we continue to offer special rates and services not available to the general public.

New Chapter Leader Benefits for 2012

1. Special Benefits for Chapter Leaders bringing their first trip to AMC Destinations: earn double points in our Chapter Leader Rewards program. To get double points, book your 2012 trip at a full service destination by October 1, 2011. Then book a second chapter trip any time and earn a complimentary trip for two for two nights at any AMC destination.
   
   
2. Highland Center Shapleigh Bunkhouse and Little Lyford and Gorman Chairback Bunkhouse Special: Stay 1 Night, Get the 2nd Free. Book the entire bunkhouse (16 beds at Shapleigh, 12 beds at Little Lyford, and 10 at Gorman) for 1 night midweek and the 2nd night is free – that’s a savings of 50% over already discounted rates (applies to Mon. – Thurs. nights).

• Free Trip Planning Support: A dedicated AMC Hospitality Coordinator will work closely with you to manage group reservations, meeting space, meal arrangements other logistical needs for your trip or event.
  
  
• Flexible Payment Schedule: For groups of 10 and under payment in full is due 14 days before your first night’s stay. For groups greater than 11, payment in full is due 30 days before your first night’s stay.
  
  
• Cancellations: For parties of 10 or less. Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days from date of stay. Full credit on transfers made more than 14 days from date of stay. Inside of 14 days, no refund or transfer.
  
  For parties of 11 or more: Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days from date of stay. Cancellations made 14-30 days prior to date of stay receive a 70% refund. Cancellations made inside of 14 days, no refund or transfer.
  
  
• No blackout dates
  
  
• Complimentary Appetizers: Receive complimentary appetizers for your group's pre-dinner social at Joe Dodge Lodge, Highland Center, Little Lyford Lodge and Cabins, Gorman Chairback Lodge and Cabins, and Medawisla Lodge and Cabins, and Cardigan Lodge. Not available for self service or bed/breakfast or hut reservations.
  
  
• Frequent Trip Leader Bonus: Earn 1 point for every official advertised chapter trip you lead (starting 1/1/2011) to any of the following destinations: Cardigan Lodge, Highland Center, Joe Dodge Lodge, White Mountain Huts, Little Lyford, Gorman Chairback, Medawisla, or Mohican Outdoor Center. Once you earn 3 points, receive a complimentary trip for two for two nights at any of these AMC destinations. Trips may be led over a multi-year period and points do not expire for 5 years from the date of the first trip.
