This map, taken from 1993 Northern Forest Inventory report published by the AMC and the Audubon Societies of Maine and New Hampshire, was the first attempt to map conservation priorities across this broad region. When compared with more recent maps, it shows how far AMC's mapping capabilities have progressed over the last decade.
