Youth Education Programs

Outdoor Explorations for Adults and Families
AMC Outdoor Explorations are led by our friendly and experienced hut and lodge-based staff. Choose from free walk-on programs or multi-day skills programs. We also offer a variety of guided programs for families and adults 50 and over. Kids also earn a patch through our AMC Jr. Naturalist program.

Our local chapters also offer volunteer-led instruction in backpacking, paddling, winter skills, and outdoor leadership. Under Activities select "Instruction."
