We begin with the exploration of the rugged terrain of New Hampshire?s White Mountains, hiking 3 to 8 miles each day and carrying everything we need on our backs. We?ll then travel to the scenic Rangeley Lakes on the Maine/New Hampshire border where we?ll learn canoe strokes, water rescue, and navigation skills while exploring 2 to 8 miles of flat water each day.
