Begin this trip with hiking to Mount Cardigan State Forest?s scenic Welton Falls and end with a backcountry overnight to AMC?s High Cabin, near the spectacular summit of Mount Cardigan. In between, you?ll spend one day exploring the Squam Lakes region by canoe and two days rock climbing on the famous Rumney Rocks.
