Join other teens passionate about wilderness and wildlife conservation during this trip designed to introduce you to the basic elements of wilderness conservation and management. While backpacking in the spectacular White Mountains for the first half of the trip, you?ll delve more deeply into wilderness ethics on a 16-hour Leave No Trace trainer course. You?ll then apply your newfound skills to a trail stewardship project before switching to paddling in Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge. Learn from land managers who care for these beautiful places while earning up to 24 service hours with other teens who love the outdoors!
