Beaches for swimming in the Atlantic Ocean, and canoeing and sailing on Great South Bay are just a short walk from the front deck. And, it's all surprisingly accessible by public transportation from downtown Manhattan.

Basics
- Two co-ed 12-bunk dorms with mattresses, blankets, and pillows (bring linens or sleeping bags).
- Communal kitchen: weekend guests share food prep and cleanup; midweek is self-service.
- Screened porch/library, decks, shared bathrooms, hot outdoor showers & outdoor BBQ, beach umbrellas, and chairs.
- Activities: Canoeing/kayaking, swimming.

Reservations & Policies
- To reserve weekends, call 212-606-2293 or email ficres@earthlink.net after April 7 and leave your name, phone number, or email and date(s). We will confirm availability and request full payment within 5 days.
- To reserve midweek, call 631-583-5366, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday after May 12.
- Full payment is required in advance of your stay.
Cancellations for weekend reservations:
- Over four weeks notice — full refund.
- Over one week to four weeks notice — refund minus $35.
- Under one week (7 days) notice — no refund.
Cancellations for midweek reservations:
- 20% administration charge and 48-hour notice required or minimum of one night's stay will be charged.
