Guided Lodge-to-Hut Backcountry Skiing Adventure

Highland Lodge, Zealand Falls Hut

Explore the backcountry on skis this March. Participants will start the trip at Highland Lodge, where they'll spend an evening discussing equipment and winter ecology. The next morning, the group will set out on a guided tour of the Zealand Trail as they make their way to Zealand Falls Hut. While spending a night at Zealand Falls Hut, you'll have plenty of time to refine your skiing techniques and learn about the logging past of the Zealand Valley.

The terrain and pace for this trip will be moderate. Participants will need to feel comfortable skiing intermediate terrain on ungroomed trails.
