Journey through the vast, hardwood forest of the Pemigewasset Wilderness. Steeped in logging and railroad history, this land exemplifies the resilience and beauty of New England Forests. We’ll spend one night at Joe Dodge Lodge before hiking out 4.6 miles to Galehead Hut on the first day. After spending a night at Galehead, we’ll make a 7 mile hike to Zealand Hut where we’ll spend the third night. 

This trip is for those in good physical condition who can carry a large day pack and feel comfortable hiking on moderate, rocky terrain. 

Minimum age is 18 (under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian).
