Situated within Maine’s famed 100-Mile wilderness, Little Lyford Pond Camps offers a unique, four-season retreat for outdoor enthusiasts seeking to explore the spectacular mountains and forests of the Moosehead Lake Region. It’s the perfect destination for family, friends, and small groups.

Enjoy hiking, wildlife watching, paddling, fly fishing, skiing, and more at this traditional Maine sporting camp. Set within the historic, 37,000-acre Katahdin Iron Works property, Little Lyford Pond Camps is just a two-mile hike from the spectacular Gulf Hagas and the Appalachian Trail.

  • December to March, May to October
Lodging   
  • 7 log cabins with beds for one to six people
  • Bunk house with 12 beds in two rooms
  • Moose Point Cabin on Long Pond (sleeps 6), just a 9-mile trek away

  • Full service, with family-style breakfast and dinner served daily and trail lunches included
