New for 2008! This summer you can ride your mountain bike between two full-service camps and explore the beautiful surroundings of the Maine Woods. Your route allows you to ride between AMC's Medawisla Wilderness Camps and AMC's Little Lyford Pond Camps via the scenic Pleasant River Valley. Each sporting camp offers a comfortable lodge for relaxing and meeting other guests, a home-cooked dinner and breakfast. trail lunch, and a private cabin with a wood stove. This route is recommended for intermediate to experienced riders who are comfortable in a backcountry setting. While at Medawisla and Little Lyford enjoy fly-fishing, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking.
