Appalachian Trail / Rattlesnake Swamp Trail Short Loop
Distance: 2.9 miles
Follow Camp Road to the Appalachian Trail crossing and turn left (north) on the white blazed A.T. Ascend to the ridge with good views to the east for 1.5 miles to the orange blazed junction of the Rattlesnake Swamp Trail. Turn left and descend to unblazed woods road (orange blaze continues to right). Proceed on the woods road and enter the far end of camp near cabin 5. Follow the road to return to lodge.
Appalachian Trail / Rattlesnake Swamp Trail Long Loop
Distance: 5.8 miles
Follow Camp Road to the Appalachian Trail crossing and turn left (north) on the white blazed A.T. Ascend to the ridge with good views to the east bypassing the orange blazed junction of the Rattlesnake Swamp Trail and continuing on the A.T. 1 mile to Catfish Fire Tower. Follow the A.T. on the Fire Tower Road for 1/2 mile and go left as the A.T. descends, then rejoins the fire tower road. The A.T. turns right off the fire tower road and descends to a gravel road (A.T. continues right to Rt. 602.) Turn left and follow the fire road to the junction of the orange blazed Rattlesnake Swamp Trail. Continue on the Rattlesnake Swamp Trail (with views of Catfish Pond), 2 miles to the junction of a grassy woods road and turn right and enter the far end of camp near Cabin 5. Follow road to Lodge.
Coppermine Trail
Distance: 2 miles (one way)
Follow Camp Road to the Appalachian Trail crossing and turn right (south) on the A.T. Cross the footbridge and in .3 miles join the red blazed Coppermine Trail. After approximately 1 mile, reach Coppermine Falls and continue 1 mile to the Old Mine Road with access to the Delaware River and parking area.
Appalachian Trail/Kaiser Road Trail/Coppermine Trail Loop
Distance: 7.5 miles
Follow Camp Road to the Appalachian Trail crossing and turn right (south) across the footbridge and A.T. Ascend to Mt. Mohican and continue 2.2 miles to the junction of the Kaiser Road Trail (blue blazed) to the right. Good views of Yards Creek Reservoir to the east at this junction. Follow the blue blazed Kaiser Road Trail 1.1 miles to the blue blaze connector trail to the Coppermine Trail. (Make a right on the connector trail and proceed to the red blazed Coppermine Trail for a shorter 4.5 mile loop back to Camp Road). For the longer loop, continue past the connector junction following the blue blazes to the Coppermine Trail. Turn right and follow the red blazed trail out of the gorge past the Coppermine Falls, and return to Camp Road.
