Androscoggin River Trip June 13-15; September 12-14
Join us for a weekend outdoors and spend Saturday on the river and Sunday in the mountains. On Saturday we will paddle the flat water of the Androscoggin River in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire. Choose either a canoe or kayak (tandem kayaks also available) and navigate through this stunning wildlife habitat. Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars as the Mahoosic Mountains provide a spectacular backdrop for wildlife sightings, including deer, moose, river otters, blue herons, osprey, bald eagles, and owls. Great Glen Trail Guides are A.C.A certified and know the history, topography, flora and fauna of the area. Trips are designed for first time paddlers and experts alike. Family-oriented day trips are suitable for all ages and abilities, although we suggest this trip for kids 9 and over.
