Gorman Chairback Lodge and Cabins offers a spectacular location "off the grid" on AMC-owned conservation land at Long Pond. 

Cabins

• Four private cabins (one ADA accessible) with private bath. Each includes a combination of queen, bunk beds and futon.
• Eight private shoreline cabins with shared bath sleeping one to five people, with combination of queen, full, and bunk beds. Each cabin has a woodstove and gas lamps. There is no running water in the old cabins; water jugs are provides for guests to take to their cabins.
• Separate bunkhouse with shared bath can accommodate 10 guests.
• Central bath house with composting toilet and hot showers. Sauna available.
• Linens provided include pillow, sheets, and towels. Please note linens are provided only in cabins, not in the bunkhouse. Please bring your own beach towels to use at the beach.
• Home cooked dinner, breakfast and trail lunch included in lodging packages.

• 35 miles of ski trails around lodge, including 2-to-11 mile "stacked" loop ski trail network around Long Pond.
• Local hiking/snowshoe trails include Third Mountain on the Barren-Chairback Ridge and the Henderson Brook Trail.

• Canoes and kayaks free for guest use on Long Pond.

Meal Service

• Dinner served family style at 6:00 p.m. sharp, includes soup, salad, entrée, dessert.
• Breakfast served family style at 8:00 a.m. sharp.
  
• Lunch: made-to-order trail lunches are served after breakfast.
• Beer and wine available for purchase.
