Whether you're new to fly fishing or need a refresher course on the sport, visit AMC's Little Lyford Lodge and Cabins and Medawisla Wilderness Lodge and Cabins this summer for our Fly Fishing Workshop. This workshop will help you build the skills you need to be a proficient angler. Workshop will include indoor lessons on flies, rods, knots, and outdoor sessions on handling and casting, and an afternoon of fishing with a guide. Scheduled in the heart of the peak Maine season, AMC’s Fly Fishing Workshop is an excellent way to experience the sport in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
Equipment
All participants will need to purchase at least a two day Maine fishing license and bring a fishing rod, reel, line, and leader (this set up is also available for rent). Once you make your reservation, AMC's staff will recommend an assortment of flies to bring to the workshop.

Package includes meals, lodging, and instruction. Rates start at $328 for adult members, $224 for child members, and $372 for adult non-members, $246 for child non-members; minimum age for this program is 10.
