Thanksgiving Weekend at Highland Center and Joe Dodge Lodge
A Family Tradition - Thanksgiving Weekend We invite you and your family to start a tradition with us—themed Thanksgiving Weekend at Joe Dodge Lodge! You'll have fun learning about the cultural and natural heritage of the Northern Forest region by sampling food, arts and crafts, and music of the region. On Friday, Patrick Ross, a 5th generation fiddler, will be playing. On Saturday, we will host a "Best of" our international dinners. Our chef will prepare food from our 2011 International Dinner series menu, offering 3 choices from soup to dessert from around the world. Weekend programs include seasonal crafts, family-friendly nature walks, day hikes and kid activities. We will share the bounty of a Thanksgiving dinner, including regional offerings and locally-sourced fare as available. If we are lucky enough to get snow, then cross-country skiing at Great Glen Trails is complimentary for lodge guests.
