Mizpah Spring Hut Mizpah means "pillar in the wilderness," an apt name for this hut nestled on the southern flank of Mt. Pierce. The hut overlooks Montalban Range, the Dry River Wilderness, and Crawford Notch, and features large, south-facing windows, varied-size bunkrooms, and a separate library and game room.

The Appalachian Mountain Club is an equal opportunity service provider. The AMC operates Pinkham Notch Visitor Center and its system of backcountry huts in the White Mountain National Forest under a special use permit from the U.S. Forest Service. |
