AMC Trader classifieds are an easy, cost-effective way to reach our 90,000 members in 12 chapters from Maine to Washington, D.C.
Rates: Our rates for print classified ads in AMC Outdoors are $2.25 per word for members and $3.00 per word for nonmembers. Email and website addresses count as two words. Rates for online ads on AMC's website are $1.25 per word for members, $2.25 per word for non-members.
Payment: we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as personal checks. Payment must accompany the order for all issues or months ordered. We do not invoice or charge monthly.
Deadlines: The deadline for print ads is always the 15th of the month, two months before the issue date. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, we will extend the deadline to the next business day. We publish 10 issues a year, monthly except for double issues in January/February and July/August. For example, the deadline for the July/August issue of AMC Outdoors is May 15.
The deadline for online ads is the last business day of the month prior to the month you wish your ad to appear online. Ads are updated online once per month on the first business day of the month. For example, ads that will be displayed online on June 1 must be received with payment by May 31.
Categories: Please indicate the category you wish your ad to be listed under when placing your order. Trader categories include For Rent, For Rent - White Mountains, Lodging, Personals, For Sale, Vacation & Travel, Services/Instruction, Help Wanted. Ordering - New Ads: The best way to place an order for Trader classifieds is through our secure web ordering system. Have your membership number and a Visa, Mastercard or American Express ready when you order. You will receive immediate confirmation of your order online and by email.
You can also mail the order form that appears in AMC Outdoors with payment to AMC Trader, 5 Joy St., Boston, MA 02108, or fax it to AMC Trader at 617-523-0722.
