Getting There
- From Exit 18 of the NYS Thruway (I-87), drive west through the villiage of New Paltz on NY 299. As you cross the bridge over the Wallkill Rover, take the first right onto Springtown Road and set to zero. At 0.5 mile, turn left onto Mountain Rest Road, where you'll see signs for Mohonk. At 1.7 miles, go through the intersection of Butterville-Canaan Road. Continue up Mountain Rest Road, when at 4.0 miles, you enter the Mohonk Mountain House main gait on the left.
