  • Conservation Action Network — Take literally one minute and have an impact when you send a critical message to key decision makers.
  • Mountain Watch — AMC's citizen science program is collecting data from thousands of hikers in the Appalachian Mountains. With this information, we can further scientific understanding of how global climate change affects the health and vitality of our mountain ecosystems.
  • Local Chapters — Join (or lead!) a clean-up effort, monitor air or water quality, or take part in a field trip to learn about forestry practices. To find local conservation activities, check out your chapter's Website, newsletter, or online activity listings.
