If you plan to lead a trip with six or more people and are affiliated with an organization (such as a summer camp, Boy Scouts of America, or a college outing club, etc.), let us know the following information as soon as it is available, preferably two weeks in advance.

The AMC recommends 6-10 people in any overnight group. This group size is required by the U.S. Forest Service when in a federally designated Wilderness Area. Groups of 5 or less do not need to notify us via this form. If your group is larger than 10 people, please contact AMCcampgroups@outdoors.org directly!
