Reservations & Policies
- Liability waiver form should be filled out for each guest.
- Liability form must be mailed before arrival to Mary Mitchell, P.O. Box 992, Groton, MA 01450.
- Reservation form must be submitted to Registrar.
- All applications clearly postmarked between March 1 and April 1 receive equal consideration.
- All reservations will be assigned by lottery after April 1.
- Applicants excluded from their first choice dates receive immediate consideration for alternative dates listed.
- Including alternative dates will not reduce your chance of getting your first choice.
Include with your reservation:
- Check in US funds made out to AMC Echo Lake Camp to cover non-transferable deposit of $150 per person per week. Remainder of bill is payable at camp (no credit cards).
- Self-addressed stamped envelope.

Cancellations:
- 50 percent of deposit will be refunded if canceled at least 30 days in advance.
- Full rate will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days in advance.
