Support the Franconia Ridge Loop trail restoration project!

The Franconia Ridge Trail Loop is one of New England’s most popular hiking destinations. That popularity—and changing weather patterns spurred by climate change—have had an impact. The trails need significant repair to ensure a resilient future for both the trail loop and the surrounding natural areas.

Enter the AMC Trail Crew.

Under the direction of the White Mountain National Forest, and in partnership with conservation corps and professional trail contractors from the region, AMC’s crew and AmeriCorps members are leading and performing much-needed repairs and realignment on the trail loop.

A federal budget appropriation for this project funds much of the work AMC is undertaking on the trails within the White Mountain National Forest. Your contributions will carry us the rest of the way.

Donate to the Trails Fund and help provide training, gear, and equipment year-round for our tireless crew.

Whether you choose to make a one-time gift, become a monthly sustainer, or pick an initiative that resonates with you, your tax-deductible gift will further the protection, enjoyment, and understanding of the outdoors.

Thank you for your support!
