White Mountain Huts & Bunkhouses: Backcountry Huts and Bunkhouses at Highland Shapleigh, Gorman Chairback, Little Lyford, Medawisla Lodges, and Fire Island Cabin

For parties of 9 or fewer, full refund less a $10 per person, per night fee for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival date; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date.

For parties of 10 or more, full refund less a $10 per person, per night fee for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival date; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rooms & Cabins: Joe Dodge Lodge, Highland Center, Cardigan Lodge, Harriman and Mohican Outdoor Centers, Medawisla Lodge, Little Lyford Lodge, and Gorman Chairback Lodge

Full refund less a $25 per night, per room/cabin for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival date; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date.

For parties of 10 or more guests, Full refund less a $25 per night, per room/cabin for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival date; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cabins: Noble View Outdoor Center, Knubble Bay Camp, Moose Point Cabin, High Cabin

Full refund less a $25 per cabin, per night fee for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Campsites & Shelters:  Harriman, Mohican, & Noble View Outdoor Centers, Beal Island, and Cardigan

Full refund less a $25 fee per site for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival dates; no refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date.

Services

Meals

Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to 3pm check-in time on arrival date; no refund for cancellations made 24 hours or fewer prior to 3pm check-in time.

Reservations for 10 or more guests, meals cancelled 8 or more days prior to check-in time on arrival will receive a full refund; no refund for cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to 3 pm check -in time on arrival date.

White Mountain Hiker Shuttle

Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of shuttle time; no refund for cancellations made 24 or fewer hours prior to shuttle time.

Programs

In the event AMC must cancel an AMC program, registrants will be notified, and all program fees will be refunded. A program may be cancelled up until 10 days prior to the start date due to low enrollment.

Guided Adventures

Volunteer Vacations, Teen Trail Crews, Teen Wilderness Adventures

Full refund for reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date; full refund less 30% for reservations canceled 14-30 days prior to arrival date; no refund for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date.
