KIDS STAY FREE first and last weeks of camp! Based on positive feedback from 2018 we are so excited to announce our Special Family Offer will return for the 2019 season! For two weeks only, Week 0 (June 22-29) and Week 9 (Aug 24-31), any paying adult guest may bring one child age 15 and under for FREE. So if you are a family of two adults and two children 15 and under you will just pay for the adults and bring the kids for FREE!

ALL campers registered for Week 2 (July 6-13) and Week 3 (July 13-20) will receive a discount of $200 off the published rate! This means that a family of four will save $800! This special discounted rate is available for these two weeks only.

2019 Season Dates
Summer: June 22 to August 31

Echo Lake Camp’s facilities consist of platform tents with canvas sides, equipped with cots, blankets, mattresses, and pillows for two to five people. The Camp also offers a full-service dining hall providing three meals a day, a library, a recreation hall with comfy chairs and fireplaces, flush toilets, and a shared bathhouse with hot showers. Tent platforms, bathhouse, and dining hall are accessible by wheelchair.
Activities include self-service options like hiking, canoeing/kayaking, sailing, and biking, as well as daily hikes led by experienced leaders, nature walks with the Camp’s naturalist, and weekly lobster cookouts and clambakes. Evening programs range from square dancing to Bingo, and each week is concluded with a final Talent Night.
Because of its location and proximity to the lake, Echo Lake Camp is not suitable for children under the age of four or pets. Smoking is prohibited.

Reservations & Policies
Reservation forms must be submitted to Registrar,Elly Preston 118 Camp Creek Circle, Hendersonville TN 37075. All applications postmarked between January 3-21st and received by January 27th will receive equal consideration. Any week that is over-subscribed will have spaces assigned by lottery. Applications postmarked after January 21st will be handled in order of arrival. Group size is limited to no more than twelve.

2. Check in US funds made out to AMC Echo Lake Camp to cover non-transferable deposit of $150 per person per week.
3. Remainder of bill is payable at camp (no credit cards).
4. Business-size, self-addressed stamped envelope.

Include with your reservation a deposit of $150 per person per week and a SASE. CHeck should be made to AMC-Echo Lake Camp. The entire deposit is applied to your bill; the remainder is payable at camp. Refunds of one half of the deposit are given only if cancellation is recieved by April 1st. Campers (including individual members of families and groups) who give less than 14 days notice of cancellation will be charged the full rate for their reservation. Please note that reservations and cancellations are based on number of people, not number of tents.
