Rates and Policies

  • Flat Fare: $20.00 AMC Members / $24.00 Non-members for a reserved or walk-on ride of any length ONE WAY.
  • Be prepared to board 10 minutes BEFORE scheduled departure time.
  • Walk-ons are accepted on a space available basis ONLY.
  • RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The standard AMC reservation cancellation policy applies.
  • Pets and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the shuttle.
  • Drop-Offs between any scheduled stops may be arranged with the driver.

To help you plan your White Mountain adventure, the map above displays the locations of AMC huts, lodges, and hiker shuttle stops. The AMC Hiker Shuttle operates daily from May 31 through September 16, and on weekends and holidays from September 22 through October 21, and consists of two shuttle buses. When planning your visit, we recommend taking the shuttle at the start of your trip and hiking back to your car. Travel advice is available from the AMC Reservations Department, shuttle drivers, or staff at any AMC destination.
