Ask AMC

Your questions. Our curiosity. Let’s learn together.

Got a question about the outdoors?

From conservation, advocacy, and climate research to trail tips, hidden swimming holes, and how to responsibly answer nature’s call—whether you’re a seasoned summit-seeker, weekend wanderer, or just AMC-curious, we want to hear from you.

Send us your burning questions—big or small, weird or wonderful.
We can’t promise we’ll answer every single one, but we’ll read them all with care and curiosity. Every few months we'll choose a question to answer on the AMC Blog with help from the outdoor adventurers, conservation advocates, scientists, nature nerds, and trails experts across AMC.
